📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of mining projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage a team of engineers, geologists, and support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, using tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the safety of personnel and the environment.
• Collaborate with government agencies, local communities, and international partners to secure permits and navigate regulatory landscapes.
• Monitor project performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including local communities, to promote environmental responsibility and community engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in mining project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale mining projects.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of mining regulations, environmental laws, and community engagement best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficient in using project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with mining software such as Surpac, Vulcan, and Datamine is a plus.
