Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Alpen Food Industry is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our leadership team in Jakarta Utara. As an FP&A Manager, you will work closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure that financial planning processes are aligned with the company's strategic objectives. You will use advanced tools such as SAP, Oracle, and Power BI to manage and analyze financial data. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts and budgets using SAP and Oracle.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial planning processes are aligned with strategic objectives.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics and performance indicators.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Provide financial support to international partners, leveraging Mandarin language skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, with a strong background in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Proficiency in SAP and Oracle, with experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
• Certification in financial planning and analysis (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
