• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored financial solutions.

• Visit clients regularly to provide in-person support and advice, and to ensure their financial needs are being met.
• Use BCA's proprietary software and tools to manage client accounts and track financial performance.
• Collaborate with the BCA Finance team in Kudus to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in financial services and customer relations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, with a strong background in customer relations and sales.
• Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Familiarity with BCA's financial products and services, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new developments.
• Certification in financial services or customer relations is a plus.
