As a barista at Kanary Bakery, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages with precision and creativity. Our café is known for its high-quality ingredients and innovative coffee recipes, so you'll have the chance to work with state-of-the-art equipment, including our La Marzocco espresso machine and commercial-grade grinders. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about coffee, loves interacting with customers, and wants to be part of a growing café community in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages with precision and creativity.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Maintain a clean and organized café environment, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
• Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide excellent service.
• Assist in inventory management, including tracking coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our offerings.
• Collaborate with the café team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar role in the coffee industry.
• Proven ability to operate and maintain coffee equipment with precision and efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques, including espresso, pour-over, and specialty drinks.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with commercial-grade coffee equipment and software, such as La Marzocco machines and point-of-sale systems.
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) as needed.
