🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or a similar role in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and improving collection processes.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics tools such as Power BI and Excel.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
