📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance activities of our facilities, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Coordinate with a team of skilled technicians to deliver exceptional service to our guests and residents.
• Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify any potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Manage and maintain our maintenance inventory, ensuring that all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance and functionality of our facilities.
• Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to our team of technicians, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Work closely with our engineering and facilities management teams to address any issues and implement solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Building Maintenance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in managing maintenance operations.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software, such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of technicians.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to multiple locations as required.
