📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the company's accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance.
• Manage the preparation and filing of tax returns, including corporate and personal income tax returns.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, accountants, and tax advisors.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and tax management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
