Bengkulu Career Development Center (BCDC) is seeking an experienced Psychologist Career Consultant to join our team. This role is crucial in providing career guidance and support to individuals under the BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology and a passion for helping others achieve their career goals. This is a full-time position located in Bengkulu, Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct career assessments and counseling sessions to help individuals identify their career interests and strengths.,Develop and implement career development programs tailored to the needs of BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan participants.,Provide guidance on resume writing, interview skills, and job search strategies.,Collaborate with other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive work environment.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of career development initiatives.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in career counseling and psychology.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in career counseling or a similar role.,Certification in career counseling or a related field is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
