📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the industrial estate, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Manage leasing and tenancy agreements, including tenant acquisition, renewal, and termination.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and sustainability in the industrial estate.
• Collaborate with tenants, government agencies, and stakeholders to address their needs and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Optimize the use of facilities and resources to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the performance of the industrial estate.
• Represent the industrial estate at industry events and conferences to promote its benefits and attract new tenants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial estate management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of industrial estate regulations, policies, and best practices.
• Proven track record of successful project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and industrial estate management software such as SAP or Oracle.
