📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on a fleet of vehicles, including trucks, vans, and delivery vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, using tools such as diagnostic scanners, wrenches, and other specialized equipment.
• Ensure all vehicles comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with the logistics and driver teams to ensure smooth fleet operations.
• Participate in preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend vehicle lifespan.
• Troubleshoot and resolve vehicle breakdowns promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in fleet maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Fleet Mechanic or similar role.
• Certification in Automotive Technology or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software such as Snap-on, Bosch, or similar.
• Knowledge of vehicle systems and components, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with logistics and transportation operations is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
