📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
• Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and JobStreet.
• Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Coordinate with the HR team to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Provide support during the onboarding process for new hires.
• Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related HR role.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and company policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Indeed, and JobStreet.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
