📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and motivate a team of store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain adequate stock.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize profitability.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store products and services.,Ensure the store meets health and safety standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of inventory management and stock control processes.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the retail environment.
