In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of human capital management, including recruitment, training, and development, and performance management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.,Lead and manage the recruitment process to attract and hire top talent.,Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and coaching.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and surveys to gather feedback and improve workplace culture.,Represent the company at industry events and forums to build relationships and enhance the company's reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role.,Proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies and initiatives.,Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR technologies.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
