📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert clinical consulting services to healthcare clients, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.,Develop and implement clinical processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of care.,Train and mentor staff on clinical best practices and regulatory requirements.,Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of clinical services.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the healthcare industry.,Participate in client meetings and presentations to demonstrate expertise and build relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as healthcare, nursing, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical healthcare BPO or consulting role.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and other relevant laws.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.,Familiarity with healthcare software and technology is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
