Lead and manage creative projects from concept to completion,Develop and implement creative strategies to meet client and company goals,Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions,Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the design industry,Present creative concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders,Ensure all creative projects meet brand guidelines and quality standards,Manage creative budgets and resources effectively

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior art director role,Proven track record of successful creative projects and campaigns,Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite,Understanding of branding, typography, and visual communication principles,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
