📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other outreach methods.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product expansion.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Track and report sales performance, and provide regular updates to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or spare parts industry.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.
