📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to company standards and regulations.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that staff are properly trained in emergency procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as independently.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.
