📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Train and develop staff to maintain high performance standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of store policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in retail or similar industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good understanding of inventory management and POS systems.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to travel to the store location as needed.,Willingness to work remote and collaborate with the team.
