Bright Tech Corporindo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee our operations in Cengkareng, Jakarta Raya. This is a remote position that offers a competitive salary and a chance to be part of a growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure that products and services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Ensure that the branch meets all regulatory requirements and that all policies and procedures are followed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor branch finances and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a technology company.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and drive results.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Familiarity with financial management and reporting.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage a distributed team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
