📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demand and production targets.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely and efficient production processes.
  • Collaborate with purchasing and procurement teams to manage raw material supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Provide regular reports on production and inventory status to management.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning and inventory control.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with food production processes is a plus.
