📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading a team of telemarketers to achieve sales targets.
• Setting and monitoring sales targets for the team.
• Conducting regular team meetings to discuss performance and strategies.
• Training and mentoring team members to improve their skills.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Reporting to management on team performance and sales progress.
• Collaborating with other departments to support sales initiatives.
• Identifying and addressing customer concerns and issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in telemarketing or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
