📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards and regulations.,Manage inventory and purchasing to optimize costs and ensure food quality.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop restaurant staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
