📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of performance and customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote store products.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of retail software and POS systems is a plus.
