📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute daily pastry production plans to meet customer demand and quality standards.
• Create and test new pastry recipes to maintain a diverse and innovative product line.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Train and mentor junior pastry chefs and baking staff.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure consistency in product quality and taste.
• Participate in quality control checks to ensure products meet the required standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new techniques to continuously improve pastry production.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen or bakery setting.
• Proven track record of creating and executing successful pastry recipes.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, equipment, and ingredients.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
