📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.,Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase sales.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of weekly and monthly reports.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the fruit industry.,Proven ability to manage and train staff effectively.,Strong organizational and leadership skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales strategies.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the retail environment.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
