📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet departmental needs.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates for the roles.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role in a human resources department.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers effectively.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
