📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Nurse in managing the nursing department, including scheduling and staffing.,Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Support the nursing team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of nursing policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.,Provide guidance and support to junior nursing staff as needed.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new nursing staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.,Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
