Bidang Rama Auto Service is looking for a Deputy Inventory Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory system, ensuring that we have the right parts and supplies on hand to meet customer demand. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and has experience in inventory management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the inventory system to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for new stock as needed.,Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and correct them.,Work with the purchasing team to ensure that we are getting the best prices on parts and supplies.,Collaborate with the service team to ensure that we have the parts needed to complete repairs and maintenance.,Generate inventory reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure that all inventory is properly labeled, stored, and secured.,Train and support junior staff members in inventory management tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of automotive parts and supplies is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
