📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of villa renovation projects from inception to completion.
• Manage a team of professionals, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into a stunning reality.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure adherence to agreed-upon timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to source materials and services.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, including cost and time reports, to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project supervision, particularly in luxury villa renovations or high-end construction projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from conception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and clients.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Primavera, or MS Project.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive and operate construction equipment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
