📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.,Manage and lead a team of managers and supervisors.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.,Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for senior management.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Participate in business development activities and market research.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
