Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow,Manage and mentor a team of employees,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Conduct performance appraisals and development planning,Organize and plan team activities and events,Maintain accurate records and reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role,Proven track record of managing teams effectively,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure,Good knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Fluent in Indonesian and English,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field,Experience in a similar role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
