📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather feedback and make hiring decisions.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
