Sumber Umar Coffee is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee our coffee production processes. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient and high-quality production of our coffee products. This role is crucial in maintaining our production standards and contributing to the overall success of our coffee business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitoring production schedules and ensuring timely completion of production targets.,Conducting quality checks on coffee beans and finished products.,Managing and training production staff to maintain high standards.,Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Managing inventory and supply chain to ensure smooth production processes.,Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless production and distribution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in coffee production or a related field.,Strong knowledge of coffee production processes and quality standards.,Experience in managing and training production staff.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
