We are looking for a Junior Area Manager to join our team and help manage our operations in key regions including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. As a Junior Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care. You will work closely with our senior management team to implement strategies that enhance patient satisfaction and clinic performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of dental clinics in assigned regions.
• Manage and mentor clinic staff, ensuring high standards of patient care.
• Coordinate with dental specialists and support staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Handle patient inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Assist in developing and implementing regional marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the head office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the dental or healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of dental clinic operations and management.
• Proficient in using dental management software such as Dentrix or Dentsply Sirona.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
