📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and interpret complex data to identify trends and insights that drive business decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Create and present data-driven recommendations to senior management.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in digital business analysis.
• Support the implementation of data-driven strategies and initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related field.
• Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Certification in data analysis or business analysis is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL and other database management systems.
